Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant at World Access Immigration, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities abroad. Your main duties will include:
- Advertising Job Vacancies: You will arrange for the advertising of job openings, ensuring they reach a broad audience.
- Interviewing and Testing Applicants: Conducting interviews and tests to identify the best candidates for the roles.
- Selection of Staff: Making informed decisions about candidate selection to match employer needs.
- Recording Job Vacancy Information: Accurately recording job vacancy details, including job descriptions, wages, and conditions of employment.
- Negotiating Terms and Conditions: Engaging in negotiations on employment terms and resolving any disputes or grievances that may arise.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related qualification from an accredited institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience in international recruitment.
- Language Skills: Exceptional English language capabilities, both written and verbal.
- Documentation Skills: Excellent skills in documentation and record-keeping.
