Mobilite Francophone

This program is aimed towards French Speaking Individuals who wishes to settle in Canada (outside the province of Quebec). Provinces use this program to hire skilled French speaking workers. The aim of this program is to make the hiring of French-Speaking Skilled Workers more straightforward and easier. This stream falls under the International Mobility Program which allows Canadian employers to hire foreign nationals without the need to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment. Eligibility requirements are slightly more relaxed for this program for instance, Employers are not required to demonstrate efforts to recruit or train a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Workers are also not restricted to age and nationality requirements. Citizens or any country and any age may be eligible to work in Canada under this program. The Mobilite Francophone program is gaining popularity with employers to employ French speaking workers. More benefits of this program is that staff can now be serviced in both main languages English and French. In addition, the $1,000 LMIA application fee is not required under Mobilité Francophone.
